There are times in everyone's life when they need some help. The Apostle Paul
told us to "bear one another's burdens." So that's what this page is about.

Some people don't want to share their burdens with others. The nature of their struggle embarrasses them. Perhaps they are worried that if they share their problem with a fellow believer, they will be judged or condemned. But Job said, "A despairing man should have the devotion of his friends, even though he forsakes the fear of the Almighty" (Job 6:14).

If you really want help, we want to help you. We know it can be threatening to share your struggles with other believers. Let's be blunt: Some of the most enslaving sin is also the most difficult to confess. Addictions such as alcohol and gambling, sexual sin such as pornography, homosexual behavior and adultery, even out-of-control anger... These are all hard to beat alone. But it's also difficult to talk to someone about them and get help.
